Short version: the storefront runs no advertising, ever. It runs one analytics tool, and only if you say yes. Everything else it sets is strictly necessary or a record of your own choice.
_shopify_s, _shopify_y, cart, _secure_session_id): power the cart, sign-in and checkout security. The site cannot work without them, so consent is not required for these under EU rules.The search app sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party fonts or advertising scripts. It keeps anonymous daily counters of actions such as searches run, which use no cookie and no identifier at all. If you accept analytics in the bar at the bottom of the page, it also loads Microsoft Clarity, described above. Decline and nothing third-party is fetched. Track previews use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), which loads only after you press play on a result. At that moment YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. If you never press play, nothing loads.
Use the cookie bar to choose "Only essential", and your browser settings to inspect or delete cookies at any time. Blocking the essential ones will break sign-in and checkout; there is no way around that.
